I deal with Fred and Alain quite often. You need to realize they are not some big cooperate company. They are just a couple a chill french dudes that make killer frames. They dont have some guy that sits on the computer all day waiting to reply to emails and plus think about how many kids email him about stupid shit. He is a regular guy who has a life too. IMO I would much rather support a hand made Canadian frame that might not have the best customer service but still does reply. Also Fred barely speaks english so he has to pretty much translate every email himself. Dobermann's are awesome frames and your a goof to not support their Canadian company cause it may take a day or two to get a reply. They are awesome with warranty to, they are so willing to help you out if your not a douche.
